How tooth whitening tooth works

Snow white smile today is no longer a luxury, but a testament to how seriously its owner treats his appearance. People who do not smile at others, it is difficult to cause sympathy for their person. A beautiful smile is a symbol of a person's success and positive attitude. Unfortunately. Not everyone can afford bleaching in the walls of dental clinics, and some of this procedure is contraindicated. This does not mean that you need to drop your hands and walk with a frowning face. To partially solve this problem, tooth whitening toothpaste with a special composition is used.

Conditionally, in this category of oral care products, there are two types of pastes: with the content of abrasive particles and those containing enzymes and other chemicals that break down plaque. The first group has a high degree of efficiency, since the result can be noticed literally from the first application. As a rule, such tooth-paste whitening in its composition has ordinary baking soda. The unique whitening properties of this substance consist in the fact that it simply removes the upper layer of enamel, on which the plaque is located. Dentists do not recommend using such pastes often. Ideally, they should clean their teeth 2 to 3 times a week. Continuous use will lead to scratches, increased tooth sensitivity and easier penetration of bacteria in them. Abrasive toothpaste bleaching can rather be considered a radical measure of restoration of whiteness than a permanent way of maintaining it.

The second group of means for giving teeth a natural color uses enzymes and chemicals in their composition. They split the plaque, not injuring the tooth enamel. These include a glister toothpaste containing fluoride. The presence of this component has caused conflicting opinions about it from users. Some talk about its wonderful whitening properties, while others assure that the paste caused problems with the teeth, increasing their sensitivity. In fact, both sides are right here. The reason for this is ordinary tap water. If it contains a large number of salts, then if you use a toothpaste bleaching with fluoride, you get an overabundance of this substance, which leads to a deterioration of the teeth. In the case when the water is not saturated with it, the buyer does not feel any discomfort. In the process of using such tools, there is no mechanical effect on the enamel, but some chemicals destroy it more significantly.

Pastes of new generation in the structure have natural bleaching components and special polymeric granules which, without scratching a surface, perfectly clear it. They are practically harmless, and some of them contain substances such as liquid calcium or minerals that have a beneficial effect on the teeth.

Despite all the obvious advantages and developments, even the best toothpaste is not able to whiten teeth more than 3 tones. This is not comparable to the results obtained in dental clinics. The explanation for this fact is very simple, pastes give teeth a natural whiteness. In other words, if a person had a yellowish shade of enamel by nature, then no cleaning agent will make him a snow-white smile. Most of the negative feedback about the product of this line, just written, without taking this fact into account. Another important point is the regularity of their use. Continually brush your teeth with whitening paste not! Professional means for cleaning the mouth suggest that they will be used no more than twice a week. Neglecting this rule will make any person a regular dental client.
