BSFF technology. Become free quickly

It is known that all problems, complexes, fears and peculiarities of human behavior are conditioned by the state of his subconscious. Many scientists, experts in the field of psychic phenomena, such as Z. Freud, K. Jung, E. Fromm, E. Erikson, etc., wrote about this in detail and reasoned in their works. But if the cause is found, there must also be a solution. One of them is the BSFF technique - the method of deep work with the unconscious "I". He has already confirmed his usefulness on the examples of thousands of people and continues to collect followers and like-minded people.

History

BSFF-technology was created by the American psychiatrist Larry Nimes. However, its roots go back to the development of Dr. Roger Callahan's "Energy Therapy" (1990). Larry Nimes successfully used the theoretical basis of the predecessor, but he was not satisfied with the then explaining the principles of the functioning of the technology itself. Thorough study of this material and led to the creation of an easier and more constructive method, which in the Russian version was called "Become free quickly", or the technique BSFF (Be Set Free Fast).

Its main goal is to establish a connection with your subconscious mind in order to understand its structure, the principle of functioning and, if necessary, eliminate the existing "malfunctions". But the whole process does not occur through meridians and effects on certain points on the human body, as was the case with R. Callahan (although originally this practice was present in the BSFF). Larry Nimes removed all mysticism and esotericism, leaving only subliminal verbal instructions for the subconscious.

Thus, the BSFF technique is not a spiritual practice or a philosophical teaching. It's just a tool in the hands of a person to work with your own subconscious. The method is accessible to any adequate and thinking person and is not forbidden by any world religion, but, on the contrary, is a useful addition to it.

BSFF-technology after its release had a lot of feedback from specialists and just people trying to find a universal key to a happy life. So, two books of Russian authors are of interest. The BSFF technique was the basis of their research. Dmitry Leushkin, also known as an "experimenter over the brains," wrote a translation book, "Become a Free Fast", where he shared his comments on key theses of the theoretical part of the methodology. However, this work was met with skepticism, even negatively. Enlightened readers note a rather awkward translation of the original and rather doubtful notes by the author Leushkin.

There is another work, more successful and profound in its content, which also touches the BSFF technique. Vasiliev Victor - the author of the "White Book" - took an unusual move and synthesized several techniques for psychology and psychiatry aimed at self-improvement and getting rid of psychological blocks. According to theorists and practitioners, this "manual" is quite meaningful and effective.

Algorithm

The BSFF technique in practice looks like an algorithm of actions, as you progress through which a person gradually establishes a connection with his subconscious and starts working with him. The whole process includes five steps. Of course, this work is not one day. Everything will depend on the scale of the problem, internal resistance, determination and purposefulness of the person.

The purpose of this psychological method is to find the cause of internal stress, a strain that blocks a person's capabilities. In order to determine it, you just need to analyze your environment, work and understand which person or project is the most negative. Perhaps this is the simplest step in the methodology. When the goal is determined, you can move on.

List

At this stage it is necessary to write out all prejudices about the goal. It is important to be as sincere as possible to yourself and describe all fears, irritating factors, doubts, feelings, etc. The list of BSFF consists usually of these phrases: "I'm afraid of what will happen after the project is completed", "I am beset by the problem of X or man X ... "," I'm too lazy to do something or to prove to someone ... ", etc.

This point for practice is very difficult, as it forces for a time to leave the zone of psychological comfort and loosen the sore. Determining here is a person's desire to go forward and not be afraid to look into the eyes of their problems, or continue to slip and worry, accumulating a com of fears and complexes.

Sometimes it is difficult for a person to find hidden beliefs. In this regard, the BSFF methodology has prepared several guiding points-formulations:

  • Feeling about yourself ("I'm lazy ... I'm ashamed ..., I'm afraid");
  • Thoughts about people who are in the zone of achieving the goal ("Vasya hinders me, I'm afraid of Vasi's reaction or actions, I do not want to know Vasya's opinion ...");
  • Doubts about the goal ("maybe I do not need all this ... whether I should listen to Washuu or take up the project ...");
  • Thoughts of risk ("if this happens, then ...", "and suddenly there will be X, if I ...");
  • Tasks that need to be performed, but they will cause stress ("I have to do X").

In addition to negative beliefs, it is possible to write out positive ones. For example, "I will carry out the project X with pleasure or I will listen to Vasya's opinion ...". They will serve as additional affirmations. But this item is optional.

Instructions

The simpler step that the BSFF technique offers is the instruction. After the list of prejudices is ready, it is necessary to choose a keyword, that is, to instruct the subconscious. It should be memorable, neutral. Therefore, the words "money", "sofa", etc. are unacceptable, but "broom" or "eraser" is quite suitable. Thanks to the associations that arise during the pronunciation of these words, a person "sweeps" unnecessary garbage out of his subconscious, "erases" erroneous notes.

Then it is necessary to enter the selected word in the expanded instruction for the subconscious:

"This instruction is for you, my subconscious. Always, when I consciously notice the problem and pronounce the key word "Broom", you will eliminate the problem and its roots in an effective way. I thank you for always being my faithful servant. "

Deprogramming

At this stage, the practitioner must get rid of prejudices about his goals. It is necessary that the list always be before our eyes. It is important to note that the typed sheet on the computer or smartphone will not work. This format will only distract. It is best to stick to a traditional sheet of paper (print or handwritten).

Now it is necessary to read (aloud and to yourself) one item and after that to pronounce the keyword. This action should be repeated until a yawn appears. Only in this case it is possible to proceed to the following belief.

Of course, all this may seem stupid or shamanistic, but you can treat this as a psychological training that tempers the character. A pleasant bonus is that the subconscious mind receives instruction - a guide to quickly and forever get rid of wrong beliefs.

This process is also considered a turning point, because here a person has to stay with himself alone and decide whether to act or slip on the spot.

Closing

And finally, the last step of the BSFF technique, which is quite predictable name "Closing". At this stage, the practice is to "hang locks" on all the problem chests of your subconscious and permanently seal their problems in them. Of course, all this looks pretty figurative. In fact, at the level of psychology, incorrect prejudices simply correspond to the faithful. And it looks like this:

"Now I am eliminating all problems (doubts, disbelief) immediately and forever, which are related to my goal, X, Venik" (repeat until the yawn appears).

"Now I forgive all people who are related to my goal, I forgive the whole world and myself. We did everything as well as we could. Broom " (repeat until the appearance of yawning).

The main thing is not just to pronounce these phrases, but to be present in the moment, to realize, to convince and to feel.

The BSFF method excellently affects people with blocked emotions. The fact is that suppression of the emotional sphere leads either to the manifestation of inadequate behavior, or to illnesses. Therefore, "unlocking" at the subconscious level can solve many human problems.

As a result of working on yourself and your unconscious "I" you can increase stress resistance, get rid of negative reactions (irritability, bouts of sudden anger, despondency), increase energy, physical and emotional endurance, gain confidence in yourself and your abilities. In addition, the BSFF technique helps to overcome stuttering and other ailments that are psychosomatic in nature. All this will inevitably draw luck and pleasure into life.

The speed of the BSFF procedure for each person is individual. After all, 90% of everything depends on the ability of a person to feel his body and the processes that occur in the emotional sphere. Some openly do not accept the technique and believe that it only relieves the focus on the problem, and the problem itself remains. People (psychologists and psychiatrists) came to another camp, who accepted the method and even tried to practice and correct it, starting from their own experience and observations. The third group is observers, that is neutrality. They to some extent accept the BSFF technique, but do not consider it suitable for everyone.

However strict and skeptical the scientists may be to the results that the BSFF technique gives, reviews of the usual experimenters are mostly positive. They note the restoration of emotional balance, getting rid of insomnia and nightmarish dreams, depressive moods, increasing communication skills, overcoming speech defects (for example, stuttering). But the speed of achieving results has its own, and the reaction to such a deep study is also different. In some, after the "training" often changes the mood, that is, there is a kind of psychological "aggravation".
