Bleeding uterine: treatment of pathology
Bleeding from the uterus is a rather serious pathology that can be determined by a variety of causes and provokes anemia or a clotting disorder. Uterine bleeding is observed with gynecological diseases, pathology of pregnancy or as a complication in the postpartum period, with trauma, hemopoiesis. The cause may be an imbalance between the functioning of the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and ovaries. Favorable factors include overfatigue, hypovitaminosis, abnormalities in the thyroid gland or adrenal glands. Juvenile bleeding from the uterus can be provoked by infectious diseases.
Traditional treatment of bleeding from the uterus
Therapy is carried out in 2 stages: first stop the discharge of blood from the uterus, and then carry out activities aimed at preventing repeated bleeding and regulating the menstrual cycle. With this complication, before the doctor's arrival on the stomach, you should put a bubble with ice and put the patient on a flat horizontal surface. When uterine bleeding occurs, treatment includes hemostasis, which is performed taking into account the general condition of the patient and the amount of blood loss. Thus, patients who have moderate anemia and no signs of endometrial hyperplasia carry out only symptomatic therapy.
Stop uterine bleeding
It includes the use of drugs that cause uterine contractions (for example, "Oxytocin"), as well as hemostatic agents ("Dicinon", "Vikasol", "Ascorutin" and "Aminocaproic acid"). If there is significant bleeding uterine, treatment should take into account the level of hemoglobin. If it is below 70 g / l, then transfusion of erythrocyte mass is carried out.
Bleeding uterine: treatment by operative route
If a massive bleeding from the uterus is diagnosed, which leads to severe anemia and hypovolemia, a separate diagnostic scraping is performed, which is performed under the control of hysteroscopy. It should be remembered that if there is a bleeding disorder, operative therapy of uterine bleeding is not used. This method of treatment, as a rule, is used in the treatment of postmenopausal women. When there is uterine bleeding in menopause, treatment should be prescribed only by a doctor.
Traditional treatment of uterine bleeding
Of medicinal plants with uterine bleeding, the most commonly used are nettle, yarrow, sporach, as well as viburnum, cedar, water pepper. As a rule, take decoctions or tinctures, which require a clear dosing. When uterine bleeding is observed, treatment should be carried out immediately. It should be remembered that a massive loss of blood can pose a threat to life, so independent therapy of folk remedies is unacceptable.
