Black root: description, useful properties

Poorly versed in botany, truck farmers often sow seeds of a black root in their plot with the hope that there will be no mice there. But to their surprise, the mouse does not go anywhere. The root is prepared black, like cauliflower or asparagus, used as a part of vinaigrettes, as a seasoning for soups and used to make delicious sauces for meat.
