In summer you want something light, tasty, refreshing. To your attention we present an uncomplicated recipe - a cake "Masterpiece"! This is a yogurt dessert, which will have to taste and children, and uncles with a mustache. A great example, when culinary skills can be shown in a standard kitchen. So, we are preparing a yoghurt cake "Masterpiece".

Recipe

Before you start cooking, make sure that the products are not expired. In particular, pay attention to the baking powder. Such trifles often remain without attention.

First you need to prepare all the necessary ingredients at hand to speed up the process.

We will need:

  • 200 grams of shortbread cookie;
  • 70 grams of butter;
  • Yoghurt - 0,5 l;
  • Sugar - 70 grams;
  • Lemon juice - 1 table spoon;
  • 4 teaspoons of gelatin;
  • Fruit - 5 pieces of kiwi, 2 bananas.

Step one

We heat the oil, in the meantime, grind the shortbread cookie into crumbs. You can grind it with both hands and blender. It all depends on your desire. Cookies pick up such that it is easy to crumble, you liked it. It is not recommended to use the old cookies that have lain on your shelf for several months. Agree, it is best to use fragrant, fresh pastries.

In the cookie crumb, add the melted butter and easily mix the resulting consistency to a homogeneous mass.

Next, we take the mold, we cover the bottom with parchment paper and distribute our substance evenly along the bottom. After that, you need to compact it a little, press it down. Then we cover our mold with a layer of food film, so that the dough does not absorb excess odors, and we send it to the refrigerator. There it must be at least 30 minutes.

Step Two

We do not waste time: in addition to the cake, we need to send gelatin infusion, only in no case in the refrigerator. To do this, we take the bowl deeper, pour 100 ml of water (half a cup) and add gelatin. Stir well and put side by side.

Step Three

We will deal with the most delicious part - syrup. The syrup will be from kiwi, but first it must be prepared: clean and cut into cubes. Cut it neatly, so that the kiwi retains the juice. Then place our cut into a saucepan, add lemon juice and sugar. We put on a small fire to melt the sugar and give the kiwi to run out of juice. Do not forget to stir!

After we get the syrup, you need to mix it again well and let it cool. To speed up the cooling, you can put the saucepan in cold water.

Step Four

While the syrup cools, cut the banana into round plates. We get the cake, spread on it the plate of banana in random order.

Step Five

In the cooled syrup, add gelatin, and then yogurt. Stir well until smooth. Then pour the resulting mixture onto our dough with the bananas laid out. Then we send it to the cold store for at least a quarter of a day, preferably at night.

Step Six

The most baptismal part. Gently release the "Masterpiece" cake from the mold and fantasize. Your task is to decorate and complement the dessert. Do not be afraid to experiment, use everything you like: fruits, sweets, ice cream.
