Beeline - forwarding. "Beeline" - forwarding to another number. "Beeline" services

Mobile phones serve to ensure that we can always stay connected, accessible to our relatives, friends, customers and colleagues. However, it happens that we have to become inaccessible for incoming calls and SMS messages for some time. This may be due to territorial movement, banal employment and the inability to answer a call on one of the phones or by a parallel conversation with another subscriber. In this case, the "Forwarding" service can help us

Free services

It's no secret that mobile operators constantly promote their additional services, providing more comfortable communication for us (users) and a slightly increased profit for them. Some of these services are really worth attention because they are useful and interesting for us; Others are useless and are designed only for pumping out money.

Today we will look at one interesting option that is free, but very useful in order to always be in touch, even in situations outside the coverage area of your subscriber number. This service, which is provided by all operators: Megafon, MTS, Beeline - forwarding. It allows you to send calls to the number you want to talk to.

Description of redirection

The principle of the service is extremely simple. When your number is serviced in the network of an operator, it becomes unavailable while someone calls it, the diversion (from "Beeline" to MTS, for example) is triggered. Thus, being outside the coverage area of Beeline, you can take an important conversation for yourself on the number of MTS, which will be available at this time.

The same principle can be applied for SMS messages. To read what was sent to your inaccessible Beeline number, redirection will help. It is noteworthy that the restrictions for using the service are quite insignificant - that is, you can, for example, receive incoming calls on your landline phone.

Kinds

Modern mobile communication allows four types of redirection. The difference lies in their functional characteristics and the purpose for which they could be applied.

The first is full call forwarding. "Beeline" applies it in the event that the number of the subscriber receives any call or SMS. Everything that comes to your phone, without exception, will be sent to the number specified in the settings. Calls, thus, the user can accept, and SMS - read and send a response. Here, however, it is worthwhile to clarify: if you answer the subscriber from the phone to which the call forwarding took place, he, of course, only sees his number. Therefore, in such cases, it should be clarified, on what occasion and who specifically refers to a person.

Another option for using the service is when Beeline uses call forwarding only if there is not an answer to the incoming call for a long time. Let's say someone calls to your number and waits for you to pick up the phone. If nothing happens (you just do not take it) - the system redirects the caller.

The third option format is if the mobile phone is out of range of the network. It can be disabled and for this reason is not registered in the Beeline network. Forwarding will allow a person to reach you using a different number.

Finally, the fourth model of service provision is a busy line. In this case, while you are talking to someone on your primary phone, the caller will be directed to the redirect number. "Beeline", thus, will allow you to answer a call to another person while you are talking.

Terms of Use

We have already mentioned above that the service is completely free. And this is a huge advantage. On the operator's website, in addition to how to redirect to the "Beeline", the prices for the service are also described, everywhere there are "zeros". Therefore, there is no connection fee. There are no monthly payments for each month of work with this option.

Money is collected only in some cases. The first is the cost of a minute of your conversation on the tariff plans "Country in connection" and "Free Style": after 200 minutes of conversation it is 1.7 rubles per minute. Another condition is the cost of redirecting to fixed-line numbers (8-800- ...), which was connected by physical persons. It is 3.5 rubles per minute.

Depending on which tariff system the user accounts for, the transfer of Beeline to Megafon can cost up to 3.5 rubles, although initially the operator declares that there is no payment for services.

Control

You can work with the option using short queries posted on the operator's website. The main command, for example, is * 110 * 031 # - request to connect forwarding. An alternative way to do redirection on the "Beeline" is the number 0674 09 031.

Also here is a list of commands that allow you to select the type of redirection. For example, if you want all calls to be redirected, you need to dial ** 21 * phone number #; If you are interested in redirecting only those to which you have not answered, dial ** 61 * phone number #.

In order to send calls when the number is busy, use the combination ** 67 #, and for redirection in the case of the phone off, dial ** 62 #.

On the site in the instructions on how to do redirection on the "Beeline", even the phone number is given - (495) 974-8888 - for those who would like to use the service, but do not have the opportunity to do so, since they do not have a phone at hand .

Disable redirects

In order to deactivate the option, there are also special short request commands. They consist of the symbols # and look like this: to cancel any directions you need to type ## 002 #; If call forwarding is not necessary - ## 21 #. To cancel any one format of the service, dial: ## 61 # (redirect if you did not answer the call), ## 67 # (if the number is busy), ## 62 # (cancel the redirect with the phone turned off) .

Forwarding in roaming

The option can be used even if the subscriber leaves the territory of the permanent operation of his number and leaves, for example, abroad. The principle of the service in this situation is preserved. And besides, with the help of call forwarding in roaming you can save. For example, you can connect the direction of incoming to the local operator number in the country where you are. By the same scheme, even SMS forwarding can work. "Beeline" will rate only the one who calls - and you, accepting incoming, will pay less.

However, you need to be careful with certain tariffs of the operator. The fact is that for some of them the calculation of the cost of a call in roaming occurs by simply adding the price of incoming and outgoing calls. According to this logic, the final price of the service will be simply astronomical. Therefore, how you can reduce the cost of communicating abroad through redirection, it is better to once again discuss with the consultants of the mobile operator.

Option for "Beeline" (Kazakhstan)

The company provides a service to which this article is devoted, not only in Russia. Kazakhstan's Beeline also allows subscribers to enjoy the advantages of calling from one number to another. Here it is also free, but the connection numbers and queries that should be made to connect it are different.

It is also described here that the duration of the wait before the service is applied (referring to cases where a direction is being made, if the number is busy or not responding) can be configured by the subscriber himself. To do this, he is given the opportunity to set certain time intervals - 5, 10, 20 seconds - after which the service will be activated. Most likely, Russian subscribers have the same opportunity. With its help, you can decide for yourself how many callers should wait before they answer it on another phone. The standard is the interval of 30 seconds.

Also on the options page of the option the operator makes a small note - the information update lasts about 15 minutes. That is, after the changes made, it is necessary to wait exactly so that they come into force.
