Beef with prunes is fast and tasty

However, the dish turns out an unusual taste and aroma. Prunes are perfectly combined with beef, complementing it and giving it an easy sourness. Beef with prunes is prepared as follows. Take the beef tenderloin (500 grams), rinse it and cut it into medium sized pieces. For preparation it is better to take a container with a thick bottom. We put it on a plate and place there the prepared beef. Beef fat is used during cooking, but you can also take vegetable oil. Pieces of meat sprinkled with salt and wheat flour (this amount should take one tablespoon of flour). Meat should be fried on each side. Then pour a glass of water into the pan.

Three medium onion heads are cut into small cubes. Green parsley and cilantro finely shred. Add these ingredients to the pan with meat. When the water boils, make fire less. Meat should be cooked for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, we wash the prunes (300 grams) and chop it. If desired, you can use the whole. Beef with prunes stew until cooked.
