Arrhythmia. Treatment

One of the most important organs for the life of a person is the heart. Within a day, it works on pumping more than eight thousand liters of blood, while making almost one hundred thousand cuts. In addition, the heart muscle is very sensitive to most of the external and internal factors that change a person's condition.

Cardiac arrhythmia is a disease that manifests itself in the disorder of the sequence, frequency, or contraction of the myocardium muscle. Symptoms of this pathology are expressed in disruptions of the work of this important organ. These include faster beat, fading, and a reduction in chaotic order. The cause of the disease can be hidden in heart diseases, transferred earlier. Arrhythmia can cause infectious processes, as well as pathologies of the background of hormones. The disease can also occur as a result of mental, stress and emotional stress.

Arrhythmia, the treatment of which depends on the belonging of the disease to a particular species, in medical practice is divided into:

- tachycardia;
Bradycardia;
- An extrasystole;
Atrial fibrillation.

Tachycardia in most cases does not require a course of therapy. The patient is recommended to be more at rest and adjust their diet. From the daily diet should be excluded strong tea and coffee, chocolate and Coca-Cola, as well as various sweets. An important point is the refusal of alcohol and smoking. Such an arrhythmia, the treatment of medicines for which it is not required, is eliminated if a healthy lifestyle is observed. Only corvalol and tincture of valerian root can be recommended. In exceptional cases, the use of drugs is strictly according to the purpose of the specialist.

Bradycardia is cured taking into account a number of concomitant factors. With a low degree of severity of pathology, the course of therapy is not required. In addition, this type of arrhythmia manifests itself against a background of various diseases of the myocardium. In this regard, the symptoms of bradycardia can disappear in the treatment of the corresponding ailment. A major threat to the patient's life is the reduction in heart rate to a value equal to or less than fifty cuts per minute. Such an arrhythmia, the treatment of which should be performed only according to the doctor's prescription, can be eliminated with the help of preparations "Atropine", "Alupent", "Atenolol", and also "Aufillin".

Elimination of extrasystole is made depending on the specific condition of the patient. If the pathology develops against the background of the disease of the nervous system, it is recommended to take soothing medications and consult a psychotherapist. If the arrhythmia, whose treatment should primarily be directed at eliminating the causes, is caused by diseases of other organs, then the focus is on them. Thus the patient should observe a healthy way of life and not to take alcohol, coffee, strong tea and cigarettes.

At ciliary arrhythmia, the restoration of the number of muscle contractions of the myocardium is performed with the help of medications selected by the specialist. As a rule, they are prescribed as intravenous injections. However, in the presence of an attack of the disease, the patient can take a pill of the previously selected drug alone. The appointment of a medicine specialist is made based on the specific state of the patient. If the use of drugs does not provide the necessary therapeutic effect, then the procedure for electrical cardioversion can be applied. It restores the rhythm of the muscle of the myocardium with the help of discharges of current delivered to it.

A very frequent pathology is arrhythmia in children. This disease ranks third, yielding the first two arterial hypertension and heart defects. However, the detection of this disease occurs by chance. Small patients do not feel disruptions in the work of the heart.

What is sinus arrhythmia? This deviation of the frequency of strokes of the heart muscle by twenty or thirty contractions. In childhood, it can be determined by attaching the ear to the small patient's chest. This phenomenon is considered normal in the preschool and school period, because it is associated with the development and growth of the body.
