Arkady Inin is a name familiar to everyone who even fleetingly encountered such a unique phenomenon as the Soviet satire. Famous screenwriter, humorist, screenwriter and writer - for his creative work he published more than twenty books, was the author of scenarios of many sensational comedies. However, he is best known to the general public as one of the creators and authors of the idea of a cult humorous program "Around Laughter."

Who is he - Arkady Inin?

The biography of an outstanding writer and writer has started very prosaically. How did it all start? Inin Arkady Yakovlevich Kharkov. It was in this city that he was born three years before the outbreak of the war. His father died at the front, and the mother brought up the mother herself.

Under the influence of my mother (she was an engineer), the future screenwriter entered the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute. As Inin admitted later, he did not feel any special love for the profession of an engineer. Having worked for eight years as an engineer-electromechanic, he abruptly changed his life, deciding to go to VGIK.

From Gurevich to Inina

Gurevich - the surname, which little Arkady received from the parents of Yakov Noevich and Sarah Abramovna. However, for a better euphoniousness, like many theater and cinema figures at the time, he took a pseudonym in honor of Inna's wife. Later Arkady Yakovlevich officially replaced Gurevich's documents with Inina. It is interesting that his wife, whom he owes the appearance of his famous name, flatly refused to become Inina, and remained inna Ivanova.
