What is a label applicator for?

The tape drive mechanism is operated by pressing the lever, the substrate (wax base) of the label on the applicator tip, called the "beak", bends and flakes so that a small portion of the sticker remains in the device, not allowing it to fall out. Finally, the label is glued to the surface of the package when a studded rubber roller passes over it.

The length of the pull of one sticker is regulated by a special mechanical sensor that reacts to the difference in the height of the label with the substrate and only the substrate.

Automatic devices

Automatic applicators are divided into groups according to the degree of automation of the process and the number of functions performed.
