And although there are a lot of variations on how to cook beet cutlets, all the recipes boil down to the main ingredients: beetroot, semolina, eggs and salt. Beetroot should be grated (large), then finely chop the egg and add to it, and then pour 100 g of semolina and mix well. A special flavor of cutlets can be given with the help of garlic, squeezing through the press a couple of teeth. After that, it remains only to form beet cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil. To cut the burgers, five minutes are enough. They are great for fish and meat dishes.
