Why Tinkle the Car Salon in an auto company

Pulling the car interior - the pleasure is not cheap. Those who have never encountered this issue are often surprised why many people pay pretty large sums for not so much the necessary tuning.

In this article I will try to answer this question. As a research object, I chose and interviewed clients from the best auto shops in Moscow and Bryansk.

To start, I will briefly describe the selected companies. AutoStyle "ArtStyle" - a young company, but already earned an excellent reputation among car owners of different levels. On her account, hundreds of successful projects of both prestigious cars and middle class cars. Given the small age of the company, the main tactic is based on relatively low prices and excellent quality.

The second company is AvtoStyle, an automobile company in Bryansk. This company has the deserved status of the best auto company in Bryansk and its surrounding areas due to its vast experience (over 10 years). Just like the previous company, the auto company "AvtoStyle" works with customers of various levels. In the "piggy bank of gratitude" there are thank-you letters from the regional administration, car dealers and various organizations. The works of this auto-shop received awards at various exhibitions, specializing in tuning cars.

So, a brief overview of the companies represented gives some idea of the customers who were interviewed during my research. About what customers most often apply for such services is written in an article presented on the official website of the auto company "AvtoStyle". Therefore, we will not list them, it will be interesting to whom it will be interesting to read in this article.

The first step in my research was to monitor customers and analyze their orders. By type of orders, customers are divided into three groups: interior repair, interior tightening "under the original" and a cardinal change in the cabin. When choosing materials, almost half of the clients are based on cost (46% of respondents), the rest on the quality and type of materials. The second group continued my research.

This group mainly included owners of expensive and prestigious cars, car dealers and sellers. Each of them was asked the question: "What is the main goal of the constriction of the salon?". The answers were as follows:

1) Convenience. Many interviewed customers complain that the car they chose does not have a package that includes a salon of the necessary material (for example, leather or velor) or has, but with a set of unnecessary options for which overpayment is not one hundred thousand rubles. This group of customers included mainly car dealerships and owners of new cars. Therefore, to increase the comfort and durability of the cabin (especially the issue of tightening the steering wheel with leather or bracing the cabin with leather or leather) are forced to contact the auto company for services. Covers, of course, a very good way out, but not always convenient and not suitable for everyone. Turning several times for the services of dry cleaning of the lavatory salon, many car owners are thinking about leather seats and there is logic in this.

2) A matter of taste. The second group of respondents is satisfied with the type of material and its quality in the cabin of its car. However, they are not satisfied with the color or lack of combinations. For example, the BMW X5 mainly comes with a black or beige leather interior. Not a great choice. Therefore, customers order either a full constriction of the cabin, or the addition of elements of a different color or type of material.

3) Prestige. Agree, the car of a representative class, such as Volkswagen Touareg, does not look prestigious with a dark fabric interior. Therefore, owners of such cars bring the level of the cabin to the level of the car itself.
