What is rich in peach?

Caloric content is insignificant, even if you eat 10 fruits, this will not affect weight in any way. Therefore, as a second breakfast or a snack, you can freely eat three peaches. In addition to low caloric content, they will give odds to any fruit in terms of the content of a whole complex of micro- and macroelements (magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, potassium, etc.). It is a whole storehouse of vitally important vitamins and organic compounds. In particular, they are rich in cinchona, tartaric, malic and citric acid.

According to scientists, the flesh of these fruits contains a lot of iron, as much as half a kilogram of meat. Along with these elements are vitamins C, A, E, B, K, PP. In addition, these fruits stimulate growth in young children, increase immunity, strengthen the heart muscle and help in the fight against urolithiasis.

Then beat in a blender. The resulting mass is brought to a boil and poured into bottles, wrapped in paper.

The containers with mashed potatoes should be tightly closed with lids, turned over and held until cooled. Serving a dish is recommended as a dessert, seasoned with walnuts - this delicacy can be eaten by small children. Such mashed potatoes are often added to baking, jelly, pies and kissel.

Peach jam

Prepare a kilogram of ripe fruit. Well washed and peeled fruit cut into two halves, remove the stone and sent to cook for 15 minutes.
