Preparation of porridge guryevskoy

Composition:

  • 10% cream;
  • Semolina 10 g;
  • Butter 5g;
  • Dried fruits (raisins, prunes) 150 g;
  • Marmalade 50 g;
  • Nuts: almonds, walnuts, forest - 150 g;
  • Jam any;
  • Sugar to taste.

Preparation

Nuts must be cleaned from a thin peel, for this we scald them with boiling water and easily remove it. We divide the nuts into several equal parts: one must be crushed thoroughly, the second part is cut into two halves, lightly sprinkled with sugar and sent to the oven until a caramel crust is formed. The first chopped portion of nuts must be heated in a pan, if this is not done, then the porridge will later turn raw and tasteless.

Heat the oven and put our cream in it, as soon as the ruddy foam appears, immediately remove it and put it on a plate. The total number of foams should be about six. Penki should not be restrained in the oven, otherwise they can be bitter. We take three foams and cut them with strips.

The remaining cream is not poured, in them we add mango and sugar. Cook the porridge until thick - without stopping stirring. Dried fruits are well washed and together with the cut foam and chopped nuts are added to the finished porridge - the mass is thoroughly mixed.

Separately we take a frying pan, grease with butter and lay out on it a layer of porridge with fillers, from top we cover with foam. On the porridge you can put jam, berries, various spices. We must have at least three such layers. The last top layer is sprinkled only with sugar. Now put the porridge in the oven until a beautiful brown crust is formed.

When Guryev porridge is ready, we grease it with jam, decorate with fried nuts, dried fruits, marmalade and if desired, fresh fruit. The exact recipe, as was previously said, simply does not exist, so you can prepare it in any interpretation and with any fillings.
