Now, what is demagogy without any logic. In politics, as in war or in love, all means are good. For example, you can convince a famous writer or film actress to oppose the existing authorities or in defense of an "unjustly accused and repressed" oligarch. It is not difficult to do this, especially in our country, where opposition is traditionally a sign of intelligence. The fact that the artist, speaking softly, is not strong in jurisprudence, economics and science of political intrigue, does not matter, the main thing is that the audience and listeners love him, and the name and face were widely known to the public. Thus, individuals are used as false authorities.

Another way is to answer during the press conference not the question asked, but the other, at first glance, similar. To do this, too much mind is not necessary, just talk should be a long time, until the questioner and the entire audience will not forget what was discussed. To create a "smoke screen" you can lightly sprinkle the head with ashes, recognizing individual errors, but in no way systemic, only small and minor.
