What is dangerous for an insect?

The tick incurable, infected with a virus, carries a huge threat to health and life. A person who has been attacked by a tick does not feel any pain at all. The thing is that with a bite, the insect, together with the virus, injects anesthetizing saliva into the blood of its victim. The disease can develop three weeks after the attack of the parasite.

What if the mite is found?

If you notice on your body this parasite, drop a drop of oil on it. The insect will weaken the grip, so that it can easily be pulled out with tweezers. Remember: the earlier the incestless tick, the photo of which is presented on this page, will be removed, the less infection will enter the body. Therefore, it is recommended to do this as soon as possible. Do not sharply pull out the parasite. It should be grasped with tweezers as close to the proboscis and carefully pulled up, rotating in either direction around its axis. As a rule, after three or four turns, the insect will be removed entirely. Then you should treat the bite site with alcohol or tincture of iodine. If after removal under the skin remained the head of the tick (it looks like a black dot), it must be pulled out with a sterile needle, calcined on fire. It is recommended to treat the suction site with alcohol. After this parasite should be placed in a clean jar and taken to the infectious disease department or a special laboratory for analysis of the presence of the virus. If it turns out that the tick is incomplete, it is necessary to inject the immunoglobulin within 96 hours after the bite. Determine the presence of the disease in the human body can be using a blood test. It must be returned ten days after the bite. Until then, as a rule, antiviral drugs are prescribed by the infectious disease doctor. If a person has an appropriate vaccination, no action after the removal of the parasite is necessary.
