  3. Milk. During a diet, it is better to limit skimmed milk products. In milk, kefir, sour cream and cottage cheese about 5 grams of carbohydrates. But in those that contain sugar - they are up to 20 g.
  4. Seafood. Sea kale and mollusks are dietetic. They have a little fat and up to 3 g of carbohydrates.
  5. Also contain carbohydrates in small amounts, so it is in meat and meat products.

Which carbohydrates are not dangerous for the figure?
