First you need to choose the type of foundation suitable for your locality, fill or mount it, and then put the first floor panels, which are manufactured using a specially processed oriented OSB chipboard. In connection with the nature of the material, going to its production, it is necessary to take care of a thorough waterproofing and properly cover with bitumen or mastic the back side.

All the seams and slots between the floor panels are carefully sealed with a mounting foam, and only then fixed to the screw joints. About thermal insulation, you can not worry, because the "native" thickness of the plates for this enough with a vengeance. However, it is not forbidden to install even warm floors, since the design of the house does not introduce any restrictions in this regard. From the ends the entire structure is carefully strengthened by means of a strapping bar. Given that the oriented particle boards weigh very little, all this takes you no more than two hours.

After fixing the floors, you can start to install wall panels. They fix them with strapping bars, the strength of their connection with the floor panels should be checked biased and repeatedly. The connections between the wall panels are also poured with quality foam. All butt fittings are made on bolts, the length of which is not less than 20 cm. By the way, if you find that simple straight walls will make your future house look like a box, you can make a bay window for its decoration. He adds beauty, and the useful area of the room will increase. However, for its erection, you will have to pre-purchase special oriented chipboards in advance, which can be assembled at different angles.

The ceilings that come with this house are very durable, even despite the overall low weight. To the walls they are also attached to the anchor bolts. The installation of the roof is no different from that in an ordinary wooden house or a house made of timber. Of course, the use of heavy roofing material or rafters is still undesirable. The house, for the erection of which oriented particle boards were used, can be used for tens of years.
