Product selection

We do not give a simple list of ingredients for salad, but we advise you to approach very carefully the choice of products. After all, in the salad, each component should sound in its own way. Replacing any of them or saving on its quality, you will get a completely different taste. Here is a simple example. On the salad "White Night" it is better to take marinated mushrooms. They should be sour, crispy, without the taste of pepper and bad smell. When picking mushrooms, pay attention to the pickle and the date of manufacture. The water in the jar should be transparent. So, the list of products: 1 jar of pickled mushrooms, onion (2 pieces), raw carrots and 2 boiled potatoes, 300 grams of any kind of meat, 250 grams of cheese of hard varieties. Salad is not done as quickly as we would like, but it can be prepared in advance. Mushrooms are crushed with a knife, as possible. Chop onion very finely and fry in vegetable oil. Boiled potatoes must be grated on a large grater. The same will be done with a carrot, only grind it will be on a grater smaller. Meat is cut into small cubes. The harder the meat, the smaller the cube. Cheese rub on a large grater. Everything is prepared in order to lay out the salad "White Night" in layers. First mushrooms, then onions, potatoes. Lubricate everything with mayonnaise. Next comes carrots and meat. Again a layer of mayonnaise. All sprinkle with cheese. It is because of this white powder that the salad is so called.

Low-calorie option

The salad "White Night", the photo of which you see above, is made less caloric. But his taste is a bit different. So, instead of mayonnaise we take sour cream, add to it lemon juice and balsamic vinegar. This sauce will be like mayonnaise. For sharpness, you can add garlic. We will not fry the onions, but simply doused it with boiling water and slightly marinated in water with vinegar.
