All models of VAZ car "Lada", later Lada, were known not only in the USSR, but also abroad. This version, as 2107 until 2014, was produced in Egypt. At home the cars were perceived as prestigious, the owners were satisfied with the purchased units.

Serial species in the past

The first memorable model of "Zhiguli" was called "kopeck". This name was given according to the number 2101. The new VAZ car had an original design for that time. Round headlights have become popular with many motorists.

Version 2102 had good capacity. Carriers of vegetables, spare parts and other cargoes began to buy these machines. Demand was supported due to low cost and unpretentiousness in service.

All models of VAZ (2103, 2104, 2105) have long held among the leaders. In place of the best selling - the "six", which became a symbol of aggressiveness. The fifth version was replaced by model 2107, which can still be found today in the secondary market.

New Selling Versions

All VAZ models in demand began to be sold under the LADA logo. Modern improvements have occurred thanks to the cooperation of the plant with the companies "Renault", "Chevrolet" and "Nissan". Novelties were attractive brands XRAY and Vesta, having a design that is not inferior to Western and Asian developments.

People recognized cars:

• Granta, or VAZ-2190 - created by manufacturers to replace the classics of the "seven" and "five". The calculation was made on car lovers of economy-options. However, the recent increase in prices led to a more expensive model. As a consequence, the loss of interest of buyers, when the market is leading more quality models of Korean and Chinese origin.
• Kalina, or VAZ-117, 1118, 1119. The hatchback is in demand nowadays due to its fashionable rounded forms of interior and exterior. Individual elements of the interior and body were made by German manufacturers.
• Priora, or VAZ-2170, has a high complementary equipment. Connoisseurs choose a 106-horsepower motor to feel the charm of driving a domestic car.

The improved version has the following versions:

• Lada 4x4 is a joint development with Chevrolet of the well-known "Niva".
• Largus became the brainchild of Renault and VAZ (Lada). Models have the same interior interior design and similarity of the individual body parts with cars Logan and Sandero.
• Lada 4x4 Urban is an exact copy of the classic "Niva".

Unexpected versions of the plant

Not all VAZ models have been mass-produced. There are also those that were made only for the museum. These include "Lada Roadster". The car was based on the version 2108 with a hinged roof, but only 500 units were produced. In Russia they were not sold.

"Lada Silhouette" was preparing to replace the model 2116, but so far the serial production of cars is planned. The extended version of the Lada-2110 was a kind of limousine, the interior trim had a pleasing appearance and comfort. These cars are classed as business-class comfort.

"Lada S" did not pass the payback test and was withdrawn from production. An analogue of the Oka car was presented to the VAZ in 2002. Model 2151 was named Lada "Classic", based on the basis of the first and second series of "Zhiguli". But the auto sales did not happen.
