Vegetable Stew with Meat Recipe

You can also cook ragout with zucchini, potatoes, eggplant and many others. The dish turns out very tasty and at the same time does not hit so hard on the pocket.

Ingredients: a pound of pork, a pound of potatoes, 2 eggplants, sweet pepper, carrots, onions, a glass of meat broth, vegetable oil, 3 cloves of garlic, a pinch of black pepper, salt.

Cooking method.

Cut the meat into slices, fry evenly until a crust is formed and put into a saucepan.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, put them into meat and pour a glass of meat broth. Then bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the finely chopped onions, carrots and bell peppers until half cooked. Add for extinguishing in a pan. Put the finely chopped eggplant. Ingredients: zucchini, 1 kg of potatoes, 2 carrots, 3 tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 onions, 2 peppers of Bulgarian, greens, peas.

Cooking method.

We clean the zucchini from the peel and seeds and cut into thick mugs, crumble in flour, and then fry in a pan. We clean three onions and two carrots and finely chop it. Then fry in oil until the onion has a golden hue. We cut the potatoes into slices and also add them to the frying pan. After this, roasted vegetables are transferred to a pan, add a little water and simmer slowly. Simultaneously, chop the Bulgarian pepper, peeled tomatoes, garlic, extract peas from the pods, and add all the vegetables to the pan. Stew until cooked. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (parsley, coriander, dill).

Ingredients: 1 kg. Potatoes, large carrots, turnip, 1/4 of a head of white cabbage head, rutabaga, ¼ pumpkin, green peas, 2 onions, 3 cloves of garlic, spices, herbs (parsley, dill, etc.).

Cooking method.

We cut potatoes, turnips, rutabaga, carrots and fry them over high heat. In another pan fry finely chopped onions and cabbage. Spread the vegetables in a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and half a cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

Finely chop the pumpkin, spread it into a pan and simmer for another 25-30 minutes. After that, add the peas, suppressed through garlic, garlic, salt and spices. When the dish is ready, sprinkle with herbs.
