Unsharness is a way of life

S.I. Ozhegov the word "bessrebrenik" explains this: a disinterested person is an unselfish person completely indifferent to money. The life of many of the disembodiments is told in the Lives of the Saints. Among such people a special place is occupied by such saints as Kosma and Damian, Great Martyr Panteleimon, Holy Martyr Antipas, Bishop of Pergamon and many others. And from people who lived comparatively recently, one can cite the example of St. Luke, Archbishop of Simferopol and Crimea. All of them are united by one feature - the rejection of property and gratuitous assistance to people.

Cosmas and Damian

Bessrerenik is a man who conquered the passion for avarice and self-interest. Most of all, this virtue is manifested in Christianity. Why is this happening? A true Christian in every person sees the Savior and not only refuses to pay, but still considers it a happiness for himself to work for Christ's sake.

The most famous in history are the saints of Kosm and Damian, brothers, whose mother was a Christian and, having been widowed early, cared only to please the Lord. Raised by the mother, which the Orthodox Church has ranked among the saints and remembers how the monk together with her children, the brothers gave a vow: never to take bribes for their ministry.

The brothers died at almost the same time, their relics were put into cancer and buried in a place called Fermon, which was later destroyed by the Turks.

Veneration of the Bessarabians

In ancient times and now the veneration of the disembodied was expressed by the fact that temples dedicated to them were built. Thus, in Constantinople, four churches were built, dedicated to Cosmas and Damian, and in Rome four churches dedicated the Great Martyr and the uncorrupted Panteleimon. Also, monasteries were built dedicated to the brothers-berebreniki and the healer-physician Panteleimon.

And on Mount Athos there is a Russian monastery in honor of the Great Martyr Panteleimon. Previously, there was a tradition of building monasteries and churches to create special rooms for patients who were called medical tents. Unfortunately, now it is lost.

St. Luke

Bessrebrenik is a person of high moral standards, one of them was St. Luke, the archbishop of Simferopol and the Crimea. He was born in 1877 and lived a hard life in the Soviet Union. The most surprising thing is that this person could connect a surgeon who practiced in the clinics of the USSR, and a hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church.

St. Luka suffered much from the Soviet government: three arrests, prisons, exile lasted eleven years, but there the saint continued to heal the souls and bodies of people. He had to visit Krasnoyarsk, Yeniseisk, Tyumen, Omsk, Arkhangelsk and many other Russian cities. And everywhere people with gratitude recollected his dedication and work.

Uncensored is a state of mind that is given free of charge only to those who reject themselves and imitate our Lord Jesus Christ.
