Man is constantly looking for a limit to his abilities and courage, experimenting with speed, height and distances. Thanks to this, a lot of extreme sports appeared, which are popularized today and raise records. One of these concerns the trial. What is and what kinds of it are relevant today?

Definition value

Trial is a general concept for sports to overcome artificial or natural obstacles. The difference in the passage of such a route depends on the choice of the vehicle. It can be a bicycle, a motorcycle or a car.

The trivial movement is rooted in the United States of the last century, when jeep races in deserts and swamps became particularly popular. In the early 21st century, they were recognized as an official sport and designated "jeep trial". Subsequently, the extreme movement spread and began to acquire new forms and rules. Today, every person, perhaps, is aware of the phenomenon of trial, that such movement annually holds international competitions. The main sports centers are in France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, England. The main directions are bicycle, motorcycle and jeep-trial.

Trial-sport continues to improve, is on the verge of opening new heights and achievements. The fruit of this development was a street trial (a kind of bike trial) and a trial trial (truck racing).

Bicycle Trial

One of the most complex and at the same time beautiful and breathtaking species is the bike trial. Followers of this movement do not recognize the roads, and for the place of training choose stairs, parapets, unfinished buildings, parks. In a word, those places where you can find complex, relief designs.

Considering such a load, bikes for the trial differ in their characteristics from the usual ones. First, there is no seating. To perform tricks, it is not required, only carries excess weight. Jeep trial

Trial-sport began its movement from racing in jeeps. Since then, the rules have become tougher, and the obstacles have become even more complicated and steeper. This kind of sport for smart and prudent drivers, or pilots. Despite the definition of racing, the victory here is decided not by speed, but by the ability to manage slow transport, maneuver. Trauma, in this case, is minimal. However, in overcoming natural obstacles (swamps, pits, ups and downs) you can seriously "get stuck", then additional technical assistance will be required.

July-August is the time of the annual trial competition in Europe (EuroTrial). Russia is also allowed before the competition. Participants can be people from 18 years of age with the transport corresponding to the regulations, and security elements (helmet, sports overalls).
