Minuses of living in houses such as townhouses. What is this and how are hopes deceived?

1. Due to the fact that the buildings, most often, are engaged in small private developers, whose capabilities are severely limited, the development of infrastructure remains beyond the budget of the construction. As a result, you get comfortable accommodation on "settlements" without shops, pharmacies, kindergartens and schools. If you are not burdened by a family, then the question is not very relevant, although how many ambulances will you have? And if the family has children, then one of the parents will have to leave work to accompany the child to school, to sports sections or ballet classes in the nearby city. You can hire a governess, nurse or driver, which, you see, greatly increases the costs.

2. The next negative can also be attributed to the previous paragraph, but still highlight it in a separate paragraph. The direction is relatively new and its development is weak. We do not in any way slander on the excellent developers offering their clients and the subsequent maintenance of the whole complex (settlement). The price of housing in them is an order of magnitude higher, naturally, as the conditions are better. We are talking about the average market for this kind of real estate, namely, buildings for those who have changed a three-room apartment to a three-story cottage with a piece of land. As a result, people around the banal apartments gather around, who will gladly put their garbage or a pile of rubble behind the gate. Scandals, insults and threats become the norm.
