A couple of onion heads, a garlic head, a hard cheese (200 grams is enough), ground black pepper, salt, spices, 40 grams of wine vinegar. Plus a couple of hot pepper pods. Of course, add it at will, because the dish can get too sharp.

Preparation

Half of onions (one or one and a half heads), 5-6 cloves of garlic and pepper pods chop in a blender. Pour in the vinegar, add salt and sugar, spices to taste. Pork cut into small slices and marinate in this mixture for 4-5 hours. Fry until the bacon is cut into cubes. When the fat is drowned, you can take it out. In the same fat, put the pickled meat, add ketchup or sauce and fry on both sides. Chop a small bunch of parsley, grate the cheese, half-rings thinly cut the remaining onions and lime. Combine both types of meat, mix them, spread them together with the sauce. Top with onions, greens, cheese. And decorate with lime slices.
