Next, put a layer of pork chops, if desired, they can be pre-marinated for better baking. For meat, put sliced onions in half rings and cover with a layer of potatoes. If there are other vegetables in the refrigerator, you can use them, for example, a layer of courgettes, and it is still permissible to use mushrooms (fried or salted). We continue cooking. Potatoes from above are sprinkled with favorite spices and herbs and poured with mayonnaise. On it you can pour a little grated cheese - for roasting a fragrant and ruddy crust. We put the form in the oven and hold there for 45-60 minutes, the readiness can be defined by a toothpick.

Here's another simple way to cook tubers, especially if you do not want to eat heavy food at night. Take some of the biggest potatoes that are only found in the fridge or in the store. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the washed tubers in there, cook for 60 minutes. Check for availability by punching it with a toothpick or knife. Remove the vegetables from the oven and allow to cool slightly, in the meantime, slice the green onions, add a third of the sour cream. Separately, grate cheese on a fine-grained grater. Divide the tubers in half, pull out the middle with a spoon, leaving small sides. This, of course, is not a recipe for potatoes in French, but it turns out very tasty and satisfying. Mix the tuber pulp with 50 ml of milk, three tablespoons of butter and a creamy onion mixture. Do not forget about spices, you can use mustard, horseradish or hot pepper. Baked halves-boats stuff the resulting mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese is brown, about 15-20 minutes.

French potato recipe with tomatoes

Take a half kilogram of beef, cut into plates, beat well and lubricate copiously with mustard (it makes the meat soft). In the greased form, spread the onions cut into half rings, from above add the chops, and on them sprinkle the spices to taste and desire. Mine and cut the tomato, which we put on pieces of meat. Shinkin salted cucumber, this will add some spice to the dish. Now fill with low-fat mayonnaise, if you have fat - you can dilute it with water. Cover the lid and send it to the oven for 45-50 minutes. A few minutes before the end of cooking, remove the lid and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
