Today every person, including children, is well aware that immunity is the main protective force of the body, which prevents disease and the spread of infections. This phrase is very firmly embedded in the everyday life of modern people, but few people think about its essence. But there are certain types of immunity, knowing that a person can not only expand his horizons, but also make certain changes in his lifestyle that will contribute to strengthening the immune system of the human body.

So, immunity is not only the ability of the body to show good resistance to infectious agents and other diseases, but also a reaction aimed at destroying any extraneous microorganism in the body that can harm it. As the guards of our health, which guard it, there are such important cells in our blood as lymphocytes, leukocytes and macrophages. These cells of the immune system are responsible for the production of so-called antibodies, which synthesize certain reactions, as a result of which harmful viruses and microbes are killed.

Physicians identify the following main types of immunity:

  1. Congenital. Such immunity is inherited and is therefore sometimes called genetic, which transfers all available information from parents to children. To increase the inherent immunity for parents, there are certain recommendations, observing which they increase the chance of having a child with strong immunity. Most of these recommendations are related to the conduct of an active and healthy lifestyle, the refusal of smoking and alcohol, as well as living in clean air.
  2. Acquired. Here, immunity directly depends both on the conditions of human life, from the moment of its birth, and on various factors of external influence on the body. A strong innate immunity can become the main basis for the further development of the body's immune forces, since in this case, many unfavorable factors will contribute to strengthening the body

Incidentally, the notion of immunity, the types of immunity and the factors that affect it, should be well known to every person, since with this knowledge, many people will be able to develop certain habits and a way of life that will improve human health. To date, a large number of drugs have appeared on sale - immunostimulants, which strengthen immunity and promote health. Thanks to such additives, any person can in the shortest possible time increase his immunity to many diseases, including catarrhal and viral diseases.

However, one should not rely on only one medicine. Types of immunity, although they affect our body, but much depends on the way of life. The fact is that our body reacts very sensitively to our condition and what we are predisposed to. Therefore, a person who has been used since childhood to be in the cold and not be afraid of him, automatically has strong immunity, which well suppresses any colds. If a person has never been in the cold, his body has not worked out the right reaction to the cold, and when he gets into extreme situations, all the heat produced goes to heating the upper skin, which results in the supercooling of the internal organs of the person, and he gets cold.

That is why every person should know the types of immunity. It should also be noted that even with a weak innate immunity, it is possible to develop good protection through properly organized hardening procedures and a balanced diet. There are many examples of how people have become strong and healthy, despite the soreness in childhood. That is why, despite the fact that there are several types of immunity, everything is in the hands of the person himself, and much depends on his will.

Great value in strengthening immunity is performed by swimming, which not only strengthens the cardiovascular system and lungs, but also has a general hardening effect on the entire body.
