  • T-type is a very convenient tool for pumping the muscles of the back. It represents a fixed axis on one side, to the other side of which the handle is attached.
  • Trape-type is a special device for performing deadlift. It is a diamond-shaped frame with handles. Recently, to meet him in gyms is problematic enough.

EZ-fingerboard

The greatest popularity, in addition to the Olympic, is also the EZ-neck, so it should be singled out separately. The EZ-neck is an axis having a curved shape, and its curvature is not as pronounced as in the W-type. Its main advantage is that it allows you to position your brushes in the most comfortable position in many exercises. Examples of such exercises can serve as flexing of hands for training biceps or French press for triceps, as well as many others.
