If the purpose of preparing a natural beverage is only to enjoy its taste, you should proceed as follows: pour one spoonful (tea) of the product with 200 milliliters of steep boiling water and insist for at least twenty minutes. The resulting mass must be filtered through a fine sieve.

If tea is to be used for therapeutic purposes, it is recommended to prepare it as follows: pour one spoon (table or tea) into an enameled container with steep boiling water and put it in a pan with already boiling water. Thus, the preparation is prepared in a so-called water bath. It should not take more than a quarter of an hour to complete this procedure.

If you are not prohibited from consuming sugar, honey or jam, any of these products can be added to the resulting drink to improve its taste. This is especially necessary in cases where the brewed herbs are bitter. In a situation where the above-mentioned sweeteners can not be used, the recommended daily volume is divided into four and applied in equal portions throughout the day.
