• 19 g of sodium lactate,
• 6 g of sodium chloride,
• 0.1 g of dry calcium chloride,
• 0.3 g of potassium chloride,
• 0.2 g of dry magnesium chloride
• 60 g of hexahydric alcohol sorbitol.

Also in the instructions given in millimoles the number of individual ions of sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, acidic chloride and lactic acid.

How the medicine works

The mechanism of action of the plasma-substituting preparation is associated with the implementation of the rheological, antishock, detoxification, alkalizing function of the "Reosorbilact" solution. Instructions for use ascribe the main pharmacotherapeutic role of its main constituent: sorbitol and sodium lactate. In the liver cells from molecules of sorbitol at the initial stage, fructose is formed, from which glucose is then obtained, and the final product is glycogen.
