There is an opportunity to make solar heating with your own hands. To do this, you need an external wall or roof, which faces south, paint in a dark color. On the desired perimeter make a framework of wood, the approximate size - 5x8 cm. On the painted surface, place a dark pipe with a diameter of 8-30 mm, made by the type of coil, with a distance between turns of 10-15 cm. The metal tube can be replaced with a black rubber hose. It will be a self-made collector.

Next, you need to glaze the frame around the perimeter. This can be done with a conventional window glass. If the wall on which the collector is installed is cold (there is no insulation), then it is necessary to insulate the collector from the inside. Next, place the water tank above the frame (let's say in the attic). Now make a passage for water. Connect the hose outlet from the top of the collector to the top of the tank, and the lower one to its bottom. If this system is connected to hot water supply, solar heating will warm running water.

A clear advantage of this heating is that the house does not require reorganization.
