Here everything rests solely on ambition and purpose. Socio-transformative activities can be conducted with different levels of success and on different scales. But it should be understood that it can be implemented only by a group of people. In a modern state, one can not change the size of the parent capital to one person. Even if we consider an example of the most powerful people - government ministers, even their decision depends on the current state of affairs and the huge apparatus of officials. Even then, it can not be said that everything can be implemented simply and without problems.
