Help with heart failure

This disease has an unpleasant property soon to flow into a chronic form. In order to avoid this, or to facilitate the course of the disease, if it was not possible to avoid, the following recommendations should be adhered to. Do not stop taking medication prescribed by the doctor at your own decision. Carefully monitor your weight, and with its rapid increase immediately contact your doctor. The same should be done if you notice that the symptoms began to manifest more often and brighter. It is necessary to minimize the intake of edible salt to five grams (a teaspoon without top) per day: excess salt prevents the withdrawal of the fluid, thereby strengthening the symptoms of heart failure. It is recommended to limit the use of alcohol and give up tobacco. Favorable influence is exercised by regular moderate physical activity: it is better to make a program with your doctor. Take care of yourself and be well!
