The beginning of sports career

Semen was born in the spring of 1988 in the Russian city of Kuibyshev. His date of birth is April 27. Now his native town is known as Samara. As a child, he began to get involved in hockey and played at the CSK sports school. When Semyon turned eleven years old, he moved to the city of Yaroslavl. There was organized a hockey team, which consisted of children of his age. In it he became a goalkeeper. His career went up the hill a few years later. In 16 Varlamov became the second goalkeeper of "Locomotive 2", and a year later he began to play as the main goalkeeper of this team. When Varlamov turned twenty, he signed a contract with the American club "Washington Capitals" for a period of three years. In this regard, he moved to America. Scandalous story

Naturally, like any famous personality, Semyon could not help becoming a participant in at least one scandal. Such a story happened to him in America in the fall of 2013. It was then that the newspapers filled with headlines that Varlamov Semyon Alexandrovich had beaten his wife. Naturally, there was no wife at all. It was Semyon's girl, whom he met, the same Ivi. This story was very confusing and brought many unpleasant impressions to Varlamov's fans. It all boiled down to the fact that he was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and domestic violence against a person. It was pointed out that Semyon Varlamov came to the police himself and surrendered. Because of his celebrity, he was placed in a separate cell until the case was examined in court. His business was conducted by the famous and expensive lawyer Paul Theofanis. He said that his client was not guilty of anything and secured his release on bail of five thousand dollars.
