Choosing sea kale for your table, you should pay attention to the place of its growth. Northern laminaria is much more useful than southern because of its higher iodine content. At the same time, pay attention to the area where it was caught and the level of its environmental safety. Do not buy cabbage in jars with sauces and additional products in the form of squid, mayonnaise or pepper - in this form it almost has no original value. It is best to buy kelp in the form of dried powder and season them with dishes or use a teaspoon per day, washed down with water. The powder can also be soaked in water and, lightly boiled, add the mixture to the desired dishes. Caloric content of dried cabbage is quite moderate, which allows it to be a part of many dietary dishes for those who need to lose weight.
