Even literally 10-15 years ago, banking services were not used by many citizens of the Russian Federation, but today the situation is completely opposite. Who concludes such projects?

If the organization is new, then basically its representatives themselves apply to the bank, find out the terms and enter into a contract. But if the enterprise is already serviced by some bank, other financial institutions constantly send out their business proposals, including offering payroll projects.

And it is much easier to attract a recently opened organization than the one that has already concluded an agreement with another bank. In the process of fighting for the shares of the financial services market, banks are ready to do anything to avoid losing customers that they once won. Therefore, very favorable conditions are created (for example, free enumerations), which are almost impossible to circumvent.

At the time of conclusion of the contract, the bank usually has the head of the department and a financial consultant who specializes in servicing legal entities.

How are contracts for salary projects concluded?

First of all, the enterprise must provide the bank with the constituent documents, and also other additional certificates and certificates may be required.

After full familiarization of authorized employees of the enterprise with all conditions and tariffs, the parties conclude an agreement. Low level

This level is the most common. It is very cheap for the enterprise, as it does not imply any additional services. If the enterprise only begins to cooperate with the bank, then first of all chooses such a salary project. Sberbank, for example, for the maintenance of such a product takes only 300 rubles. per month. Most often, such a variant of the salary project is offered to budget organizations.

Standard level

For servicing a salary project of a standard level, the enterprise pays a slightly larger amount, but at the same time receives a large number of additional services: a reduction in the commission for payments, free SMS messages for all employees.

Gold level

The gold level implies the issuance of high-quality salary cards to employees. Some banks at this level offer chip cards that are more secure than standard ones. For example, such a salary project Sberbank offers enterprises for 3000 rubles. per month.

Platinum level

This level implies service at a higher level. The cost of such a package of services is quite high and not affordable for each enterprise. This level includes all the advantages of lower levels, and also implies some others. For example, banks offer free replacement cards, in case of their loss, property insurance of their owner, as well as medical life insurance, which operates both in the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad.

Premium level

Not all banking institutions offer a premium level. And those who provide such a service, provide it not in all cities where there are branches, only in those where there is demand. Customers with cards of this level are referred to the category of VIP-clients.

If you are thinking about what level of salary project to choose, then do not immediately conclude a contract for platinum or premium. Remember that even a low level can be quite attractive, the main thing is for a banking institution to fulfill its obligations and qualitatively serve both the management of the enterprise and ordinary workers.
