And it's not even that someone is too lazy to cook the main dish, but that you can prepare a hearty and tasty salad in a few minutes, and its qualities and nutritional content can be strongly argued with a hot lunch.

The recipe for salad "Catherine" is simple to disgrace. It includes all the favorite mayonnaise like sauce, canned corn and cucumber, onion and mushrooms, fried in butter.
