In December of the same year, the school adopted a Romanian battalion of five hundred people for training. By April 1944, the Polish branch was seconded to the neighbors: there was also a machine-gun military school in Ryazan. At the same time, the Czechoslovak branch for the training of commanders for a period of three months appears in place of the Poles. And since July 1944 the Ryazan Military School is returning to two-year training programs.

The disbanded school

Applicants are often confused in the information, since the military school in Ryazan was not one. The Ryazan Higher Military Command School of Communication (RVVKUS) was established during the Great Patriotic War - in July 1941, and not in Ryazan, but in Gorky (the Gorky Military School of Radio Specialists). Then the school passed a glorious, honest and valiant way, in 1944 was awarded the Red Banner. In 1960, still the Gorky, and not the Ryazan Military Communications School, relocated to Ryazan, where it was renamed. There was another renaming with the addition of the definitions "command" and "higher" in connection with the assignment to the school of the name of the USSR Marshal MV Zakharov. Since 1994, the training program is five years. In 1998, the school became a branch of the Military Communication University. Then, on the basis of the branch, an independent Ryazan Higher Military Communication School opens, a military institute named after Marshal Zakharov of the USSR. Under this name, it existed for about ten years. And there was a very insulting year for the city: in 2009 this beautiful institution was disbanded. The Ryazan Higher Military Command School of Communication ceased to exist.

The Ryazan VDV school was left alone. Naturally, there is no recruitment in the disbanded institution, it is impossible to enter there. This is a great loss for those who wanted to devote themselves to the profession of military communications officer. However, the connection is studied in great detail and in the school of landing, you can try to go there.
