To perform this exercise, we get straight, we drop our hands and, without bending them, we swing forward and backward. Repeat the exercise 10 times. Then follows the exercise "trumpeter". The frequency of respiratory movements in preschool children is 20 - 25 respiratory movements per minute. During exercise, the respiratory rate increases. It is necessary to monitor this indicator and in case of abnormalities contact a doctor.
