The base is located in an ecologically clean area on the right bank of the Volga. Guests can stay in comfortable cottages from a log house. Also there is a hotel and two-story hotel houses.

In the cottages the first floor is allocated to the living room. There is a TV, a sofa (as an extra bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a shower. On the second floor there are bedrooms.

In a three-story cottage it is possible to accommodate 8 people. On the attic floor there are single beds with bedside tables and chests of drawers.

In the hotel complex there are several three- and two-bed rooms. In more expensive rooms the amenities are inside, and in economy class rooms - on the floor.
