Rate of production

Indicators of labor are the following: the rate of production and time, service and strength. They are set for the rational use of labor. The rate of production, like all other indicators of labor, is determined depending on the existing production factors. These include:

- the level of technical re-equipment;

- organization of the process of release of goods;

- the level of production relations.

In the conditions of the existence of a collective form of payment and organization of work, it is possible to use complex as well as aggregate rates.

The rate of production, as well as other indicators of professional contribution to the activities of the organization, are subject to revision without fail:

- Based on the results of the rationalization and attestation of workplaces;

- as new technologies are introduced;

- after installing new equipment;

- in process of carrying out of the organizational actions promoting growth of labor productivity.

If the degree of output of finished products has reached high values for an individual employee or a part (team) due to the manifested initiative and the introduction of new methods of labor , this is not the basis for a general revision of the existing indicators.

The volume (quantity of products) that an employee or a group having an appropriate qualification level should be executed per unit of time with a certain organization and the availability of technical equipment, shows the rate of production. The formula for determining this indicator is applied using division. To establish this amount, there is a private amount of working time for the period that is reported (month or shift, day or hour), and the set time value

The rate of production can be established only in the event that there is a possibility of accounting and controlling the output of goods in quantitative terms. Also, its definition is likely with the periodic implementation of the same labor process throughout the shift.

The normalization of the contribution of employees to the activities of the enterprise is one of the most important factors in the organization of production relations. In a market economy, a high degree of managerial decisions in the world of work and the establishment of its rational indicators is a prerequisite for the business entity to obtain the maximum possible profit. This, in turn, allows the enterprise to have competitiveness in the sales market.

Separate ministries and agencies set uniform standards of output, which are recorded in special collections. These indicators are used by all subdivisions that make up the structure of this sector of the economy. For the development of these documents are used:

- Observation of photo-timing;

- technical characteristics of the equipment used;

- results obtained during the analysis of the organization of production relations, as well as measures aimed at their improvement;

- data obtained as a result of technical calculations.

The unit of developed norms is the machine-shift and man-shift. During the preliminary analysis, preparatory and final works are taken into account. If the enterprise uses more advanced forms of organization of the labor process, production, as well as more modern technical means in comparison with the developed collection, then it becomes necessary to develop and implement higher production rates. Normative documents allow to reduce the established indicators of labor in the amount of up to fifteen percent, in the case of certain negative factors. The specific volume of rationing is determined at a certain workplace and formalized by an act.
