For the preparation of pork, we need grams of 600-700 meat, several medium-sized tomatoes, an onion, two or three teaspoons of soy sauce, one and a half teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, three tablespoons of tea, a spoonful of sugar, spices and salt to taste.

Preparation of the dish begins with the preparation of the marinade. To do this, pour the tea with boiling water, we insist for 10-15 minutes, then add salt, pepper and sugar, cool it. Pork is washed, dried, cut into small pieces, put into a cool marinade for about an hour.

Tomatoes cut into neat cubes, bulb shred, add the vegetables sugar, salt and vinegar to taste.

In the prepared form for baking, put some of the vegetables, pieces of pork, then cover the meat with the remaining vegetables, cover the form with foil or lid, if there is, put in a preheated oven.
