First, prepare the dough. It turns out very tasty and delicate. It will take one egg, one hundred grams of sour cream or mayonnaise, six tablespoons of wheat flour (without a slide), a pinch of salt. This amount is enough to make a small pizza in a frying pan. The recipe is designed for a product with a diameter of up to twenty-two centimeters. In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and knead a dough that is not very thick (like fatty sour cream). Let him stand for a few minutes to react with the soda. In the meantime, heat the frying pan at the maximum heat first. After two minutes it will be warm enough, and it can be poured on one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Reduce heat and wait another two minutes for it to burn. The dough is spread over a frying pan. Spread the filling, smearing pizza with ketchup or tomato sauce. For example, cut into cubes sausage and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can also add chopped tomatoes without juice and seeds. Now pizza needs to be held on low heat, covered with a lid, about twenty minutes. Lush and soft dough will rise very well. Like any pizza, it's better to eat it hot or at least warm. Exactly the same dough, but with the addition of sugar (two or three tablespoons) can be used to bake the simplest sweet pie in a frying pan.
Only instead of tomatoes, sausages and cheese, you need to put your favorite berries or fruits on top of the cake (if it is, for example, solid apples or pears, they should preferably be pre-mixed in a small amount of water).

Potato pizza in a frying pan

The recipe is suitable for those who prefer any baking taste of fried potatoes. Take three or four tubers of medium size, as well as an egg (you can two - then the product will get denser), pepper and salt. For the filling you can take any products, mostly prefer sausage with cheese, garlic and tomatoes. But the fish with greens, seafood, vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, flavored pumpkin), mushrooms will also suit. Squeeze garlic in mayonnaise, stir. Scrub the cheese or cut it into plates. Sausage and tomatoes cut into cubes (if the tomato is juicy, you need to peel it of seeds and juice). For a pizza base, grate the potatoes on a large grater, put eggs, flour, spices into it. Place on a hot frying pan greased with oil (note that it will have to be turned later, so choose the right diameter). Reduce the heat to a minimum and fry on one side of the potato mass. Now turn over. Sift pizza with mayonnaise with garlic (you can take ajika or tomato sauce to taste) and lay out the prepared stuffing. The top should be cheese. Twenty minutes later you have a pizza in the pan. The recipe, as you can see, is quite simple, but it allows you to prepare a delicious and original dish.
