Minute 10 minutes stuffing with a small amount of water (half a cup of water will be enough), add the tomato paste. Stew for another 10 minutes until the water evaporates.

While the meat filling is extinguished, it is necessary to boil the pasta. To do this, put the pasta and bay leaves in the boiling salted water. Then, when the pasta is cooked, pour out the water and combine it with the meat dressing, decorate with greens. In order to prepare pasta with minced meat, you will need no more than 40 minutes; Agree, this is an ideal option, when there is no strength for something refined and very hungry.

2) In general, stuffing can be used any, for example, we will give a recipe - pasta with chicken minced meat.

To prepare this dish you will need: 300 grams of chicken, 300 grams of pasta, butter 50 grams, onion, salt and pepper. Chicken minced fry with onions in butter. It is better to use butter, since chicken mincemeat itself is a bit dryish, and vegetable oil does not so emphasize the flavor range of chicken mincemeat, as creamy. Boil the pasta in salted water, drain the water and combine with the mince. If desired, the dish can be sprinkled with grated cheese and decorated with greens. That's all, pasta with minced meat from chicken meat is ready. The cooking time will not take more than 40 minutes.

In any store you can find special macaroni for the stuffing, as a rule, they are large with a hole inside. How to cook stuffed pasta and how to prepare the filling for sure knows every hostess. For stuffed pasta we need: pasta snails 10 pieces, sausage boiled or ordinary sausages, hard cheese, clove of garlic, salt, tomato sauce at will, greens. For the beginning of the snail boil in salt water, but not much, so they stay a little solid. Then cook the filling: sausage cut into cubes, add crushed garlic, greens, salt. With the sausage filling stuffed, stuff the snails, put them in a greased form, sprinkle with grated cheese, greens and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Sausage can be replaced with any other product, such as mushrooms or minced meat, you will get no less delicious dish.
