Pancakes on yogurt: tasty and healthy
All of us since the childhood like such culinary products, as pancakes and pancakes. The recipe for pancakes on yogurt is very simple, so carefully read it and you can safely start cooking. So, to make delicious pancakes on kefir, prepare: 500 ml. Kefir, 500 ml. Milk, 3 eggs, 400 gr. Wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoonful of soda, about 2 tablespoons of 5% table vinegar, butter and vegetable to lubricate the frying pan. If all the necessary ingredients are ready, then you can start cooking.
Eggs must be put in a bowl and poured with warm water (but not hot) to make them warm. In any container for the dough pour kefir, put salt, sugar and put on a small fire. Heat kefir with constant stirring and constantly check the temperature with your hand. As soon as the mixture becomes pleasantly warm, immediately remove from heat. Break into a saucepan of warm eggs and mix everything thoroughly with a mixer with a special nozzle, which are sold in any supermarket. Do not stop kneading, pour the sifted flour, but do not rush to make lumps. The dough must be without lumps and very smooth, since the quality of the final product directly depends on this.
Further. Heat the milk and bring it to a boil. Soda pour into a tablespoon and, holding it over the pot with the dough, extinguish with vinegar. For the remaining soda, pour hot milk and pour into the dough. Then add the rest of the milk and mix the dough very quickly with a mixer. In principle, the main part of the cooking is completed, so now you can proceed directly to the frying.
Pancakes on kefir are baked in a frying pan with a diameter of 15-16 cm, for this purpose, a cast iron frying pan with a holder is suitable. Before baking the first pancake, the pan should be heated, greased with vegetable oil with half a bulb or raw potatoes. A little more heat and grease again, so there certainly was not a stick and sticking. Next, you need to reduce the fire by half, pour the ladle of dough into the pan and let the pancake completely bake. Then brown the other side. Pancakes to spread on a plate in one pile and each to grease with a slice of butter. Agree, there is absolutely nothing that is complicated in the preparation of pancakes!
