Bright childhood impressions have forced to think in due time fans of extreme sports: what if we take a simple children's scooter and turn it into a reliable "adult" means of transportation? Specializing in the manufacture of equipment for extreme sports, the company specialists completely revised the concept of this type of transport. Each Oxelo scooter is designed for specific operating conditions and has specific design features. The product line of the company is quite wide, and it is quite difficult for an inexperienced user to orient in it.

Models for entry level

For simple movement around the city, it will be enough to buy the Oxelo Town3 (or 5). The simple design is convenient in carrying, the reliable frame from an alloy of aluminum is capable to sustain weight up to 100 kg. The diameter of the wheels is small (175 mm). This is the ideal solution for moving to short distances - up to 1 km.

Amortization is provided only on the front wheel. Due to the small diameter of the wheels, their wear and tear occurs quite quickly. To increase the service life, it is recommended to grease bearings periodically and after every trip to clean the entire scooter. The basic models are equipped with rear and front mudguards. Attention: these scooters are not designed for tricks and street acrobatics.

For transportation and storage, it is possible to fold the scooter. A small lever located in the front of the platform, when clicked, folds the steering column into a horizontal position. All Oxelo scooters, whose reviews confirm their functionality, are equipped with this mechanism.

Models of the middle level

For experienced samocatchers there are models characterized by greater reliability and comfort. The optimal option for long walks in the city is the Oxelo 5 XL scooter. A special feature of the construction is the wheels of larger diameter (200 mm) and the use of bearings ABEC-5. This difference from the simple 5-th model ends. Regarding urban conditions, the model is ideal. Reliable and simple design, the ability to overcome long distances and longer life of the wheels with more than compensate for the price (155 cu).

Advanced level

And here the undoubted leader is the Oxelo Town7 scooter. It is positioned by manufacturers as a means for active recreation and rapid movement in urban conditions. Feature of the design of Town 7 is an additional rear shock absorber. Certainly, this scooter is not capable to conquer the crossed terrain, but it is quite suitable for Russian asphalt. Full damping significantly softens the impact on the steering wheel when the wheels hit the small potholes. Convenient adjustment of the height of the steering wheel will allow in a few seconds from the assembled state to transform the Oxelo scooter into a working one. A relatively large weight can be considered a disadvantage - about 5.5 kg. When forcing small obstacles (curbs, "speed bumps", etc.), you should protect the rear shock absorbers: they may be damaged.
