Interestingly, even in the case of the preparation of pancakes, a considerable number of recipes were developed. Someone thinks that potatoes can be cooked only from potatoes, which was rubbed on a very small grater. There are also those who do everything on the contrary, i.e. For baking dishes uses only potatoes, grated on a large grater. It is also interesting that even the potato itself can be of three kinds. The tarred potato mass, which is most often used for the preparation of pancakes, the blade mass (the potato is filtered), and also the boiled mass. Draniki from boiled potatoes are also very tasty and satisfying. Well, let's look at how to cook potato pancakes.

We need fresh carpetol, salt, flour. Wash potatoes, peel and grate on a fine grater. If you have very little time left, you can entrust this process to a blender or a food processor, but I will immediately say that the pancakes will have a completely different taste, even with a bitter taste. So decide for yourself. After the potatoes are ground, you must immediately begin to fry, otherwise it will darken. Do not forget to add salt and a little flour (for the sake of density) to taste, although I usually grill the pancakes and flour.

Preheat the frying pan and spread out the potato paste with a spoon, fry from two sides to a golden color. Serve the pancakes with sour cream or grease roast.

Method 2

And now I'll talk about how to cook potato pancakes with an improved recipe. Take a kilogram of potatoes, one onion, carrots and eggs, three tablespoons table flour, vegetable oil, salt, bunch of dill, salt.

Preparation: Potatoes grate on a fine grater, add to the mass finely chopped onion, carrots, dill, then egg. Pour in the flour and add salt to taste. Stir the mixture well. Bake the pancakes in a heated frying pan until a golden crust appears. The dish will turn out very tasty and unusual. A special piquancy will give him carrots. Be sure to try.

How to cook potato pancakes, you already know. And have you heard that exactly the same dish can be prepared from zucchini. Personally, I already tried to do it and, you know, was satisfied. I did not think that pancakes from courgettes can turn out so delicious.

Take two zucchini, three cloves of garlic, one egg, as well as pepper, flour and salt. Zucchini peel, grate on the finest grater. If suddenly zucchini are too juicy, then the mass will have to squeeze a little. Add to the squash mass of garlic, salt, pepper, mix everything well and introduce one egg. Everything again thoroughly mixes, add so much flour, so that the dough cooks like a thick sour cream. Bake in a heated frying pan until golden brown. Serve squash potatoes can also be served with sour cream.
