In some cases small papules are formed on the skin of the penis, which are transformed into superficial vesicles or pustules that grow into an eruption from whitish, a curdled form on the milkweed. Often, these manifestations quickly go away, but in case of complications they pass into persistent erosions, extending to the scrotum and inguinal folds.

In diabetic patients with malfunctions of the immune status, male thrush can be very difficult. There are persistent swelling of the skin, ulcers appear. The foreskin is infiltrated, painful cracks appear, and the head of the genital organ is exposed.
