Allocations in men

Mucous urethra has the ability to moisturize. Allocations in men are noted during sexual arousal. At the conclusion of the act of sexual intimacy during ejaculation or in the period of nocturnal pollutions, sperm is emitted. As a rule, all other cases, not listed above, in which there are excretions in men, are considered by specialists as pathological conditions.

Exiting fluid can be a sign of the presence in the urethra of lesions caused by various infections. Allocations in men against the background of pathologies have a different color, quantity, turbidity and viscosity. To determine their correct presence after a few hours after urination, a small massage should be done. They are recommended to be made by a slight pressure on the area from the pubic bone towards the head of the penis.

It should be noted that secretions in men from the urethra are rarely associated with the presence of inflammatory processes in rare cases. This can happen when sperm are isolated from the urinary canal without sexual contact. As a rule, the reason lies in the violation of the tone of the membrane of the flowing muscles. Seed fluid passes through them. Violation of the tone is, in turn, a consequence of diseases of the central nervous system or chronic inflammation.

In some cases, blood can be released from the urethra. So most often occurs with mechanical damage to the urinary canal as a result of taking material for laboratory tests or after an instrumental examination.

Bloody discharge from the penis can also be a consequence of high blood pressure. In such cases, the presence of malignant neoplasms in the prostate or urethra is also probable.

White discharge on the head. What is it?

In inflammatory processes, the fluid leaving the urethra can be formed by leukocytes. This is some protective reaction of the body to the irritation of the mucous membrane of the urethra caused by various factors. The most common traumatic factors include mechanical, thermal, allergic, chemical, viral, bacterial and fungal-related. In accordance with the stage of excretion may be mucopurulent or purulent.

In the first case, they consist of a small amount of white blood cells and fluid from the urethral membrane. Such discharge is the main symptom of urethritis. They are represented by a practically colorless liquid with a slight whitish shade. Often, such secretions accompany trichomoniasis or chlamydial infection. They are characterized by the absence of any soreness, rezi or burning. Often they are noted after a prolonged abstinence from urination.

Purulent discharge consists of urethra mucus, its epithelial cells, and also a small number of leukocytes. They are accompanied by soreness, a feeling of rez and burning, often have a white, sometimes with a yellow tinge, color. At such displays it is necessary to address to the expert. The doctor will correctly determine the diagnosis and prescribe the necessary treatment.

Mucous discharge can accompany such diseases as:

- Chlamydia;

- mycoplasmosis;

- urethritis;

- prostatitis;

- a ureaplasmosis.

The exit of pus accompanies, as a rule, gonorrhea.

Muco-purulent discharge is a symptom of such diseases as:

- prostatitis;

- Chlamydia;

- a ureaplasmosis;

- Trichomoniasis.

It should be noted that the yield of fluid is the main sign of sexual infections and inflammations. At the same time, there are a number of problems both in diagnosing and selecting the optimal therapeutic course. It depends not only on the amount and consistency of secretions, but also on the state of the patient's immune system, the "prescription" of the disease, the causative agent of the disease. In addition, today, venereal diseases develop in combination, in rare cases, one infection is detected. Therefore, timely treatment to the doctor will identify the disease at an early stage and prescribe the necessary treatment.
