This recipe (a batter for pies) is a masterpiece of my grandmother, perfected personally by me. The dough turns out very tasty, and any filling is suitable. For a sweet pie we just add sugar. Cooking is not so difficult, you quickly master all the nuances and surprise your loved ones with tender pies.

Ingredients

Let's start. To prepare a batter for pies, we need the following products:

- salt - half (0.5) teaspoonful;

- eggs - two (if very small three) pieces;

- sour cream - 250 grams (if possible homemade);

- mayonnaise - 200 grams (preferably without any flavoring, natural);

- flour - 5 - 7 table spoons (we take usual wheat flour);

- soda - slightly less than half a teaspoon

Whisk the eggs. Sour cream, mayonnaise, soda and salt mix thoroughly and also whisk well. Now we'll connect everything and we'll take another shot. Then add the flour, mix everything well. And the dough is ready.

Comments and nuances

It's very simple, but you need to consider these nuances. First of all, sift flour, although they say that now it is not necessary, because the flour is pure. We sift the flour for other purposes - to make the dough airy! Eggs whisk with a halo, you can take a fork. You can, of course, and a mixer, and all the like, but the effect will not be the one I tested personally, I do not know what the secret is. Add the beaten eggs to the rest of the ingredients only when they are whipped until smooth. Another secret: the dough is best mixed with a wooden spatula or spoon. And personally my improvement of the grandmother's recipe. I add a couple of spoonfuls of mineral water to it. After standing for about ten minutes, the dough becomes very lush.

Recipe: batter for pie (sweet)

We do everything the same, only salt we add not 0.5 teaspoonful, but a little less. Sugar add 1.5 tablespoons, instead of sour cream, you can use kefir, the same amount (that is, 250 grams) - half a half liter package. And we remove the mayonnaise from the recipe. In this case, you can use almost any sweet stuff for your taste.

Recipe for a batter for sweet pie: fineness

Kefir (sour cream) and eggs should lie for about two hours in the room (so that they are not cold). If there is no time, a packet of yogurt can be held a little under a stream of hot water (or draw water in a cup and put a package there). The dough from this will be a little more tender. To the rest of the ingredients, along with sugar, you can add a couple of spoons of margarine or sunflower oil. Firstly, the dough will be softer, and, secondly, you will quickly get rid of clots. Thus, making a batter for pies is very easy.

How and how much is the oven?

Do not forget to lubricate the form in which you will bake your masterpiece. Preheat the oven no more than 180-200 degrees. Do not open the oven for 10-15 minutes. Baking time depends on the filling of your pie.
